Who is this for?

The Profitable Practice is for therapists who are ready and committed to making their practice profitable (you’re ready to make more money). This program is for therapists of all kinds (mental health, physical therapists, massage therapists, etc), holistic healers (reiki, RFT, RTT, etc.), and wellness providers (health coaches, etc.).

How much does the program cost?

In total, the program is valued at $37,757 USD, but that’s nowhere near what you’ll pay. The cost is $7,500 USD for 6 months of 1-1 mentorship (M-F text access and monthly calls), full website content rewrites (unheard of in our industry!), SEO strategy, and lifetime access to my core signature offers.

Is there a payment plan?

Yes! You have the option of two payments of $3,750, or monthly payments of $1,250. I don't charge interest.

What if I don’t have time to do the work?

This program requires consistent action on your part. You’ll have 14 days maximum to complete each service page draft, and I expect you to implement feedback within 7 days. If you can’t commit to roughly 15-20 hours per month for homework and implementation, this program isn’t for you right now. If you don’t submit your homework on time, you forfeit my copy review and optimization for that month — we’ll move on to the next month’s work to keep the program on track.

Do you help with paid advertising?

While I love paid ads and use them in my own practice, The Profitable Practice focuses on organic marketing strategies (SEO, networking, conversion optimization). It is my hope to include paid ads as an add-on service in the future.

Do you use templates or swipe files for copy?

Never. While I have a strategic framework that guides my copywriting process, every service page I create is written from scratch specifically for YOUR practice and YOUR ideal client. I don’t believe in templates because your ideal clients, your therapeutic approach, your personality, and your local market are unique to you. Template copy makes you blend in with the competition because it sounds generic, vague, and it fails to position you as the expert solution your ideal clients are looking for.

How is your copywriting approach different from other marketing programs or copywriting programs?

Most programs teach basic advice like “have a niche” and “talk about pain points,” but I go much deeper than that.

First, most therapy marketing focuses way more on pain than on actual outcomes clients want to pay for. They sell “therapy skills” instead of what those skills actually get people (and what it gets them is what clients want to buy). I sell a different outcome entirely.

Second, I teach you how to identify where your ideal client is on their journey and market appropriately to their level of care. As a solo practitioner, you’re not an agency with case managers, psychiatrists, and peer support staff — so there are certain clients who need more support than what you can ethically provide. My copy doesn’t speak to people who are so far along that they need a different level of care than private practice.

Third, my copy is much more specific than anything else in the industry (I know because I’ve looked!). I don’t talk about generic symptoms, generic therapy skills, or generic outcomes. I go into a level of detail and specificity that is unlike anything else out there. This specificity is what has helped me fill my caseload with ideal clients — even though I gave up screening tools like free consult calls.

The combination of selling the right outcomes, targeting the right level of care, and being incredibly specific is what makes clients show up paying your fee, doing the work, and seeing results — not just understanding their struggle.

I’m already charging premium rates but my calendar isn’t full. Will this help?

Absolutely. Many therapists have the confidence to charge well but struggle with the marketing systems to consistently attract ideal clients who pay their rates. This program is perfect for that gap.

I am European and therapy pricing is different here. Will this program work for me?

Yes! The purpose of this program is to support you in developing the marketing skills that will sustain and scale your practice, regardless of the language you speak or the rates you charge. You are under no obligation or pressure to raise your rates. Therapy pricing is different everywhere; marketing strategy is not.

I don’t provide therapy in English. Will this program work for me?

Yes. The copy you'll send to me can be filtered through Google Translate so that I can read it and make corrections. I will then send it back to you and you can translate it into your native language. The concept and strategy of copy that converts is the same — no matter the language!
